We are currently looking for several professionals to support a selection of contemporary art galleries during their participation in events and fairs taking place throughout Miami Art Week (30 November - 6 December 2026).

The selected candidates will play a key role in supporting the gallery team on-site, ensuring an excellent visitor experience and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the booth throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, collectors and art professionals at the gallery booth.
• Represent the gallery in a professional and engaging manner.
• Support sales conversations and provide information about artworks and artists when required.
• Coordinate booth logistics and ensure presentation standards are maintained throughout the event.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks during installation, opening days and dismantling if needed.
• Support the gallery team in delivering an efficient and seamless fair experience.

Profile:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and internationally minded professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the cultural, creative or contemporary art sectors.
• Previous experience participating in at least two editions of art fairs, temporary cultural events or similar international environments.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, client-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Previous experience working with international and VIP audiences will be considered an advantage.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Miami, or have the ability to work locally during the project dates.
• Availability during 30 November and 7 December 2026.
• Fluency in English is required. Spanish and additional languages will be considered a plus.
• This is a temporary freelance opportunity.
